Quiet but Central Studio 409

A modern studio in a beautiful listed building in the heart of Nottingham City, 100 m from the Victoria Centre, 200 m from Market square. Close to tram, bus, train and Euro car park. It is equipped with a high specification kitchen including AEG hob, washer / dryer, fridge with ice box and grill microwave. It has a double bed, small sofa, 4k smart Samsung 40" TV swivel mounted, fast internet, bar table with leather bar stools. This studio is on the 4th floor at the back of the building. The studio is accessed through the 29A Upper Parliament Street front door (between Greggs and Gusto). Guests pick up keys from the labelled drop box at the entrance. The fob gains access through the front door and then take the lift to the fourth floor turning left out of the lift to find "409". Use the key to open the studio door. Please note that to lock the studio door when inside or leaving you have to raise up the handle to lock (which secures the bolts) The building is a block of 36 studios which are all independent. The common areas are the entrance to the building, the lift, the bin store situated on each floor and the corridors. There is cctv coverage in these common areas only. There are a number of routers but Booster 4 has the best signal. The password is 29aUPSnotts.
