Sadly the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff cannot excuse some of the basic fundamental issues that I have experienced over the last few stays at this hotel. I decided to stay here as I am a keen swimmer and the facilities here are great in that regard. Unfortunately I seem to be unable to get the same quality of room between stays even though I always book the same room type. If it’s not noisy pipes it is television sets that don’t work properly or some other basic requirement that is lacking. It’s a real shame as it has the potential to be a really great hotel but is being mis-managed with not enough emphasis on hotel maintenance.
A special mention should be made to Sanda, Megan and Felicity on the desk who all went out of their way to make up for the hotel’s shortcomings, and I can’t praise them enough.
Hotel management however need to stay behind.
