Walking - There are many amenities within walking distance including plenty of local restaurants, parks and gyms.



Car - The A60, A52 and A46 are just a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham Castle and Nottingham Train Station are also all within a short drive. Parking is on the street outside the property.



Taxi - we recommend using My Cars Nottingham. Uber also operates in the area.



Other Things to Note:

𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐘:

* A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer), and while some banks display this as a transaction and others as a pending hold, please note it will not be charged unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions.



Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £250 for accidental damage during your stay. Please note that it does not cover intentional damage, unauthorised activities (such as smoking or parties), excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, or loss/theft of property.



* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.



* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.



ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:

To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.
