1）The kitchen facilities and utensils are very complete. 2）Quiet neighborhood. 3）The wifi is smooth. 4）The room and bathroom is hygienic and clean. 5）The shower water is hot enough. 6）The washing machine has drying function. 7）Although this apartment has at least 15-20mins walking distance from the city center, we can take Bus no.25 to the city centre. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Thanks.

Nice property with a good close to city location
The property is in a back street location but only minutes walk from the City. Inside the apartment was clean and tidy, but the bathroom needs an update as you can see it has had a leak-bottom of shower tray not attached and under flooring stains.

Accommodation fine, area not so fine
Accommodation was fine, some updating in the bathroom wanted. Main thing was the area for me and didn't feel safe. Shame

When I first drive in area it was abit not what I expected, housing estate, but if you look after that, there is a nice apartments with secure doors and codes on door. When inside newly refurbished apartments like home from home, everything there, towel, kitchen equipment lovely place to stay. 10 mins from town walk so you just leave car there and walk in. We stay there again

Self contained apartment, everything there that you could need, cooker, fridge washing machine etc, own parking space outside, short walk to Norwich city centre, great wifi and lovely shower, perfect for my needs.

We didn’t stay because we couldn’t find it and it was in a very dubious area. The google directions took us down a short industrial road which was blocked by vehicles. There was no sign of the accommodation!

Great when we finally found it
Great location just a few minutes walk into the centre of Norwich. The apartment was clean and well presented with everything we needed and a parking space right outside the building. The only downside is that the instructions and directions for finding the building could have been better…the apartments are down a side street off Vauxhall Street, not on it!!

Excellent stay
Excellent apartment and communication. Only one thing that could be improved which is the beds. They are quite uncomfortable. It would also be good if the booking explicitly stated if double or twin as I thought we had a double room.

Great location just off central Norwich
The apartment was easy to find, just off the inner ring road, it is a quiet location with little traffic noise. The fittings and furnishings are modern with only a little wear from previous visitors. Flat C which is upstairs has two single beds in a bedroom and a futon settee that acts as a double bed in the lounge/kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower stall. Overall it was clean and comfortable and had good basic kitchen equipment. Would be happy to use again.

Well equiped and close to the city centre
We had the ground floor flat. Parking immediately outside was easy, entry is by code. Large flat with 3 large rooms. Twin beds, well equipped kitchen area with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Starter supplies of tea & coffee. Within 10 minutes walking distance of the city centre across a pleasant park. Don't let the area immediately outside put you off. We have already booked for next year. A real find.

I was in Norwich for 3 days for business. The flat is clean and mostly well kitted out - a tea towel for drying dishes would have been nice. Location is good for the city centre and not bad for the university

Great stay, clean & comfy
Lovely place, I’d stay again. A bit of a noisy party close by with loud karaoke but it was a Friday night so... but the apartment was extremely clean, comfy bed, handy outside parking, clean kitchen. Didn’t use the WiFi but it was available. And the town centre was a short walk away. Sainsburys was a 5 min drive away so was able to get food supplies to stock the fridge for breakfast and cook dinner.

We liked the location, close to city centre. Quiet and safe. Very clean. A few suggestions to make an even better stay. Two bar stools at the counter. A more stable coffee table. Fresh towels readily available if staying more than three days.

FA Cup stay
Used this accommodation to stay over after going to football at Carrow Road. Was a little sceptical when arrived in the area of property but in the end really quiet and location perfect for us.

Great for night in town.
Good instructions and easy to get to by car. One parking space very useful as residents parking only area. Clean and spacious for two. Kitchen good and sufficient cooking utensils. Cool on entry but turned heating on and cosy very quickly. Area is not the best but well lit and safe and only a few minutes walk from town centre. Very close to theatre. Beds comfortable , if you want a double use sofa bed in front room. Area very quiet at night. Shower excellent, no bath. Will hopefully stay here again.

The apartment is great for a weekend break. There s everything you need in the apartment. It's very clean and modern. The location was not what I expected amongst council flats but it's in walking distance to centre.

Great little apartment
Had a great stay at these apartments. On arrival me and my friend were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was very clean, had all that we needed inside, all kitchen amenities and wifi, and the rooms were perfect size for the 2 of us for 1 night. I had to call the owner when I arrived as I had lost my details to get in to the building and I got straight through to her and she was very helpful. Shower was great as was the beds. The area wasn't overly great but that wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay back here again and for longer. :)

Functional and clean but uncomfortable beds.
An apartment suited us perfectly for our needs. They allowed pets also which was great as we were travelling with a dog. It had all the comforts you would expect. The apartments are somewhat outside of the city, this suited us as we weren't there to visit the city anyway and I did see plenty of buses and was informed it was around a 15 minute walk. My main criticism would be around the comfort of the beds. It is advertised as sleeping four and from the pictures was led to believe this was 4 single beds, in fact, it was 2 single beds and a dou le sofa bed. The Sofa bed was as hard as the floor and made it difficult to get a good night's rest and I am usually a good sleeper. The two single beds were better but still nowhere near comfortable.

very convenient for visiting cathedral and shops
We were very comfortable in the flats; supplies were very adequate, the heating was super efficient and everything was spotlessly clean. We would have liked more precise instructions about the exact location of the flat because it was in the middle of many other blocks, all with confusing numbers. But once we found it we had a great stay.

Lovely apartment. Shame about the beds!
Disappointed as we requested double bed but bedroom had 2 single beds. There was a sofa bed which was a double but no double bedding provided. Other than that apartment was lovely, clean & in great condition. Would stay there again on own or with friends but not as a couple.

Decent apartment, everything you need for a night or however long. Do reckon bed should just be one double one, single is really small. Other than that, was sound.

All in all... very good
The apartment was clean and modern, with all facilities well taken care of. The price was very good for what you get on the whole. My only gripe is that the the apartment was tucked away down a little side alley next to a butchers with the property numbering systems in the area being slightly illogical. Took me a bit of wondering around before I found it but other than that the experience was excellent.
