Lovely property. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast choices. Comfortable, clean room with tea, coffee etc, fridge and microwave. Let down by the bathroom - a poor design - the floor flooded each time we used the shower, no matter how careful we were. ( Nothing the owners could do about this, but unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am each morning by the early risers with heavy feet in the room above ours. We’d ask for an upstairs room if we stayed again).

Excellent gem of a place
This was my second stay. Really friendly welcome. Excellent level of cleanliness Really nice touch having a kitchenette (Rm1). Really comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast. Staff aware of food allergies. The only negative was that the room wasn't as warm as I'd have liked (the cold blooded reptile I am!) And the shower doesn't have a great deal of pressure, but those are minor points. All in all, I love this place and have booked for 3 stays next year.

Friendly welcome, plenty of free parking, quiet area, spacious room, comfortable bed and clean good sized en suite. Good choices for breakfast. I've booked again for 3 nights in December as I was so impressed.

Positive: quick check in & check out; space for parking, breakfast included, spotless clean; picnic tables; spacious dinning room; Negative: reception is not manned overnight which is concerning. If anything goes wrong there’s no official to take action. Fruits are available for breakfast but over ripped.

Excellent B&B near to Norwich Airport
Very comfortable and very well organised B&B - I was staying on an overnight from the airport. There's a nice curry restaurant just along the road. A little longer walk to other restaurants and so on in the village. The airport is walkable on a decent day, a couple of stretches without pavement, took me about an hour. Taxi was £11.

It was a big room and very comfortable bed. All very clean and the staff really helpful and friendly. The walls between rooms were not very soundproof unfortunately, with bathroom/water running next door a bit disturbing.

Perfect for a holiday or business stay.
I only stayed for one night but i would definitely stay again! The staff were excellent at all times, the room was immaculate and tastefully decorated and there was an Indian Restaurant 5 minutes walk along a quiet country lane. There was ample parking and the breakfast was perfect.

Horsford B&B
Church Farm was great! It was only an overnight stay but would have liked to stay longer. Spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. As they have a pre order system, I didn't know what to choose so ticked it all. The manager was very friendly and chatty. I would definitely stay again!

From check in every area was fresh and spotless en-suite shower had recently been refurbished and was excellent. Breakfast was as good as any we have had in far more expensive stays. Service was also very good ! Would def return and recommend

Great staff and good breakfast but fitted sheet didnt fit and kept popping off in the middle of the night. Walls VERY thin, my bed was against the wall with the other units bathroom, and I could hear everything.

Room 2 main building
Room 2. I arrived at 8pm, I was a female lone traveller and arrived at reception where there was a group of people hanging around outside playing music, made me feel slightly uncomfortable, buzzed the door and was let through, the owners are off site although not far as I had a wait in reception that was a little dingy until the fella turned up and turned the lights on. Pre ordered my breakfast via a paper form although I also filled out the digital ones too as I kept getting messages to do so, very accommodating as I wanted to leave at 8.30 and take a breakfast sandwich with me, this was no problem. Room was clean and I feel reasonable newly done or being a single room not used very much. Good facilities, tea, coffee, biscuits, hair dryer, fan, clock with USB charging points, fan, soap, shampoo, microwave, bedside lamp, comfy bed, couldn't fault the facilities, but negatives, shower was small, when washing, elbows couldn't help touching the glass even if your trying not to, the shower holder was very loose on the wall, shower did work perfectly though, I could hear when other people used their water, at first I thought the tap was on in my bathroom, the headboard was damaged, worse every time I got into/out of bed it banged on the wall, walls are thin. Would I stay again? If I could use my club card vouchers again, yes, I wouldn't otherwise sadly. View from my room was amazing mind.

The main problem was the noise from upstairs, which sounded like people stomping around. It was very hot so we opened the windows and on several occasions we found flies in the en-suite, perhaps because it was a downstairs room, which we were pleased about. Between 2 of us we had 5 towels, 4 bath size towels and one hand towel, it would have been better to have had 3 handtowels and 2 bath towels. The chairs were wooden, it would have been nice to have had cushions, the breakfasts were generous.

Easy check in with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well maintained and clean. Went out of their way to assist with an early breakfast which was much appreciated before a long day cycling

Great place to stay
I've stayed here before so knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Great standard of rooms, spacious, clean and everything you'd want for a comfortable stay. I have to have a gluten-free diet so it was wonderful to have a full breakfast with gf sausages, toast, etc. Shaun was amazing organising everything and made you feel nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a great stay.

Church Farm 2nd visit
Yet again another perfect stay at Church Farm,Manager Sean was a perfect host when we arrived, if there was anything we wanted don't hesitate call him. Room was spotless . You have to pre select breakfast, but we wasn't disappointed, a very filling breakfast cooked by Sean in himself , rooms were cleaned impeccably each day. We couldn't do much due to the heatwave, last time was fuel shortage, hopefully third time lucky in getting out and about, but wouldn't mind returning to the little bit of heaven in Horsford. Also loved watching rabbits running around in the garden
