«We stayed two nights at Pickmere guest house, and it was very enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful and rustic, and the room we got was spacious and tastefully furnished. Beds absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was very good with locally sourced ingredients, plenty of coffee and a quiet atmosphere. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Pickmere is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so you need navigation as he roads are not too well marked. It´s close to Knudsford, and a trip there is highly ...

«Place is fairly dated but there's a small kitchen there you've got microwave kettle and a toaster. Beds are nice and firm, had a much better sleep here than the hotel i stayed in the previous night at 3 times the price. I'd stay here again no bother.»

«An Absolute Gem—Warm Hospitality at Its Finest! We recently spent a wonderful weekend in Room 4, and I am writing this review specifically to highlight the incredible standards of hospitality and old-fashioned manners that made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received from David and Janice was so warm and genuine that it felt like we were catching up with old friends. The customer service here is simply excellent. «In poor state. Dirty toilet with skid marks and one towel used when we first arrived. Tiny double bed with only one duvet and one sheet, which they had arranged horizontally as it was for two people. Did not work in practice, especially since it was no heat and therefore very cold at night. The radiator did not work and could not be adjusted. Also, the shower had low pressure and there were no fridge. Only good thing is location if you are going to Old Trafford and MAN airport. »

«If you are staying ground floor and have people above you it can be noisey, not sure much soundproofing in floor. Otherwise really good stay, staff always around and happy to help.»

«Gammelt og slitt hotell som har sett sine bedre dager. Enkle vinduer = støy fra trafikk. Relativt nært Anfield, men allikevel 20 min gåtur. Fungerer for en natt. Hyggelig og imøtekommende resepsjon »
