«Check in was easy. Front desk worker was nice. My daughter was very much looking forward to the pool and when se got there, there were no towels. There were no towels left in the entire hotel for the bathroom or pool. They only gave one towel per person in the hotel room, we only got two instead of four that hotels normally have. «Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom. «The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price.»
