«The staff was friendly but were not 100% committed to the task at hand. The room was not as accommodating as it should have been. The air conditioner only stayed cold for a little bit and turned off too frequently. It was not usable all the time and the room periodically became too warm. The breakfast was barely breakfast, no meat, the machines didn't work and the coffee was not good either. I was very upset with the overall experience, especially for the high price I had to pay for one ...

«Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom.
Traffic noise and guests stomping around in room above ours made for very little sleep. Easy off and on to highway, so very convenient for overnight stop on road trip. Close to numerous ...
