«I wanna first write that there were bed bugs. I have a picture of one of the bed bugs I asked Expedia to message the property to see if they could give us a refund or a discount since someone was bit, by the bed bug and we got denied. Hotel staff was very rude. I am very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend to anybody and hope.The staff is a little bit more friendly to your guys' next customers.»

«I've stayed at DoubleTree hotels many times and am usually pretty happy with them. But this stay was definitely disappointing. The rooms were somewhat rundown and though the location looks good on the map, due to the freeway ramps and access roads, it was a bit of a pain. But the worst aspect was the horrible internet service. One would think in this day and age, a major hotel chain, especially in the hi-tech town of Austin, would be able to provide reliable internet service. But that was not ...
