«I had high hopes for this hotel for its exceptional 9.4 star rating but unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the pros. Pros: Safe location (within shopping plaza); very spacious rooms with separate living/couch area; very comfortable beds with plush clean sheets; breakfast was good but I did wish the food was warmer -- for some reason the temp was pretty low. Cons: Both bedside lightings did not work; the telephone was dead (bye bye room service); BOTH outlets on the bedside table did not ...

«Michael, the receptionist, was great! Very helpful and kind. The room was clean and to our liking. Property was clean and taken care of. Great location and parking was no trouble and free. Would stay here while in Austin, everytime. »

«Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.»

«The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills.»

«Staff was nice & helpful. Swimming pool was clean & comes with a big grill outside. Perfect location plenty of things to eat & activities around you. The mall is 5 minutes away. Walmart & targets also Sam’s is 3-5 minutes away.»

«This hotel was so nice! The rooms are a comfortable size! We went here for a family graduation and the location was perfect too! The staff was super nice and helpful i would stay here again! The free breakfast was the best the kitchen ladies were amazing!»

«When I booked the hotel from Expedia, the listing said the parking was free. Then I checked-in to the hotel & the hotel charged me parking fee. The manager refused to give me a refund. I was charged for Wifi even though hotel staff assured me I won't be charged for it since I used free wifi during my stay. This hotel pushes false charges on customers after they check-in.
