«The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I booked this room for my parents and didn’t get them checked in until late that night. Some of the customer bases going in and out was very questionable, I did not see any security. I suggest more security between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am»

«Staff was fantastic. Lots of construction going on so my view out the window was disappointing. Flew in from NV where it’s all brown and desert, so was hoping for green grass and trees to look at. Instead it was just shipping containers and pallets everywhere. Bad timing on my part. Minus the construction, everything else was excellent and I’d absolutely go back again once the construction gets completed.»

«The property was absolutely disgusting. The photos provided on here are not accurate, it is not the same property. The smell of the place was awful, there was a hole in our room wall, there was filth on the walls. This place was atrocious, I went and bought new sheets and cleaning supplies to be able to stay here. I will never and I mean EVER come back to this place.»

«Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk. The room was spacious and the tv was big, we brought our own Roku so I’m not sure how it works also nice deep tub. They have daily house keeping which you don’t see often anymore. It’s not ...

«Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. «The rooms were disgusting, the other guest around the hotel had no respect for themselves, others, or the staff. Don’t get me started on how people treated the hotel building itself. This place is run down in a part of the city that should be maintained and managed by people who care about their environment. If I could give zero stars for this hotel I would. Almost $100 for absolute dog water.»
