«View was ok. Other buildings blocked ocean. Room was decent, renovated from an old apartment. Tiles on the floor in the shower are VERY slippery. Careful! Couch was dirty and had some stains on it, but room was otherwise clean. Seemed expensive for what it was, but being a large room near the beach in Burleigh, it was probably priced accordingly.»

«Location is a 10* and the property is a 1*. The deferred maintenance and replacement of faulty and inadequate equipment is awful. Broken: Window shades, Door drapes, Electric outlet, Peeling floor, Ceiling light, & Table. Dirty and swelly blankets and furniture.»

«Great little place to stay, everything was clean, tidy and very modern. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The washing machine was a awesome bonus!. Great location to get around. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating for any needs. Highly recommend.»

«The property was in great condition and the home was left clean, with a great bathroom and lovely surrounding area. However the property had no access to WiFi even though it was advertised as having WiFi the code and WiFi provided didn’t even come up when you were at the property. There were also quite a few utensils that mustn’t of been checked properly as they were dirty. Although overall the property was good.»

«Mix up with the keys for access but James (and his family!) went above and beyond to sort this, even offering us late check-out and an extra night as compensation. Flat is lovely, great location close to the beach, dog friendly building, excellent coffee and french bakery near the lobby and friendly, welcoming neighbours. »
