«Updated furniture, comfortable mattresses, clean linens, updated balcony with new chairs. Bathroom tile dated and grout crumbling, wall paint needs refresh, lots of dead mosquitoes around door frames. Nice location and views.»

«There were spider webs all over the room, a towel hanging in the window as they installed a floor AC, broom just lying around with no home and the recycling at the side of the building was an eye sight. There were areas of drywall mud on the wall that needed to be repaired. The room has great potential. It’s a beautiful location within walking distance of some great restaurants and the beach.»
