The highlights of the property included a useable firepit and back yard. The property was not walkable to the downtown, and the neighborhood was less than pleasing to look at. «Patricia, her husband, her son, and her folks that are neighbors, were very welcoming and friendly. The place felt like home and was as comfortable as can be. Views are excellent, abundance of wildlife and even some domestics cover the property. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to just follow the basic house rules. Leave the place as good or better than you found it and life is good. These are busy hosts with a life outside of being hosts, so don't trash the place. Leave it good so it stays ...
