«The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.»

«When we visit Dallas, this Hotel is our Go to place.
Kind staff. Cait checked us in and was very courteous and pleasant to talk to.
Rooms are neat, spacious and quiet.
Breakfast is the icing on top.
They also have a basketball court which is a highlight for my kid.

«The 4th floor smelled so bad. I thought it was maybe the ice machine but then realized that the smell was everywhere. The sink and the shower in the room, smelled like the water traps hadn’t been flushed or the building had an issue with its sewer line.
