«We had a wonderful last minute one night stay at Olive House for a quick getaway. The place is spotless, clearly it’s recently been renovated to a high standard. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Should we be back in Ambleside we will certainly book again. Location is also perfect and although the property does not have dedicated parking there are plenty of overnight options very close by.»

«We had the perfect stay. The Owls Nest was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. From the comfy bed, hot tub and the Webber bbq all made it so relaxing. Dog friendly which was a bonus. «A lovely little hut in a perfect location. Check out time is 9am so if we were to return, I think it would have to be for a minimum of two nights as 9am is pretty early so we didn’t even have time for breakfast before we had to clean up and check out. Considering the price and the small space, I think a complimentary addition of bits in the fridge would be good. Lots of places I’ve visited for the same price (and less!) on Vrbo have added in fresh bread, butter, orange juice and even Prosecco ...
