The light airy and sociable open plan living space opening onto the fully enclosed, lawned garden makes it great for spending time together in a peaceful village location and being only 7 miles from the coast, 5 miles from Wroxham and 14 miles from Norwich it is also the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer.

The Long Barn has its own dedicated parking for 2 cars (please enquire about more).

The dog and family friendly village pub serving food is a 10 minute (flat) stroll away and you can pick up groceries in the local towns of Wroxham "Capital of the Broads", North Walsham and Stalham offering a choice of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers along with cafes, bars, restaurants, and takeaways that will deliver.

The Norfolk Broads start at the end of the driveway where you can fish or launch your own canoe or paddle board, the stunning North Norfolk Coast is just 8 miles/15 min drive away offering a choice of dog friendly beaches, while the city of Norwich is 14 miles away.

For walking you can access the Weaver's Way and the North Walsham and Dilham Canal footpath from the village and Bacton Wood offering off lead shady walks is a 10 min drive.
