«We arrived late and were met by amazing helpful staff that not only stayed late to check us in but also helped us upstairs with our bags. The room was perfect, beds were comfy and bathroom was very nice. Breakfast the next morning was great, fruit, cereal, pastries and coffee for £10. «A good starting point for sightseeing in case you are driving. The castles in the area (Rhuddlan, Conwy, Grwych) or Llandudno er just a short drive away. Also it is next to nothing from the highway. Clean and quiet rooms (we got a room in the annex), not an overpriced restaurant right at the hotel next to it. Would return.»

«Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too ...

«A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area.»

"Really nice hotel and location. Enjoyed the view over Llandudno as the sun was setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room clean. Only fault I could see is that the silicone in the bathroom had been applied with a shovel and made it look a bit scruffy…and a wobbly toilet seat…but small, easily fixed problems. Room 20."
