I emailed Craig and in less than 2 minutes, Roy was at the front door with the screwdriver.. The location and condition of the house was very nice, the pool with it beautiful view of the water is exactly what were hoping for!! Not one issue at all..»

«We truly enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling right outside the unit, a beautiful playground. The unit was well described and has everything you will need. Rum Point and Kaibo Bay are very convenient and have all the water activities, so you don’t have to travel to 7 mile beach. We took the water ferry from Kaibo to Camana Bay for dinner in George Town and enjoyed the ride and the full moon over the water. Would definitely stay here again!»

«This beautiful gem in the East End had everything we needed for a relaxing and much needed 40th birthday getaway! Positioned between Rum Point and 7 mile beach it gave us the ability to enjoy the entire Cayman island instead of just one small portion of it. We chartered a boat on MD to go to Sting Ray City, and they pulled right up to the dock at the house to pick us up and they dropped us off there too, so convenient! Lot's of nice restaurants in the area and easy to. Grilling poolside was also great! Lastly, good property mgr, very responsive!»

«For starters the island is incredible. We loved the animal life, snorkeling opportunities, and general relaxed "island-time" feel. Our 3 kids loved searching for hermit crabs and swimming in the pool during downtime at the house. We loved the quieter northside of the island where this house is. Jesse was a great host with constant communication. The house was perfect for a family stay :) We will be back!»

The private beach area is perfect and idyllic. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house and breathtaking views from every room and level. «My husband and I and 7 friends stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary. We love the quieter side near Rum Point and this house did not disappoint! The layout was incredible with an amazing beach at our fingertips. The pool and outside seating was perfect!!! The table with the automatic lazy Susan was a huge plus.
