«Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! »

«Rooms were mangled and we got three for a family trip, spent 1963 for 2 nights…. The management won’t even reply to calls or emails with photo evidence of the disgusting state of the rooms elevator parts were falling off while riding it. I had to return that to the front desk cause it looked to be a hazard toilet paper dispenser in our room was work. The laundry closet pole was hung up with medical tape. There was an exposed mouse trap, hanging out behind a closet in the room. Just horrible ...
