«We booked through Expedia months ago, checking ‘pay at property’. We called the hotel early evening letting them know we’d be checking in quite late, they said there was no issue with this and they’d leave a note. Our card was then attempted to be charged, twice. «If you look at site pictures be aware that there are no water views, which was disappointing. However, the room and premises were very well maintained and clean though dated. All staff was helpful especially the Sunday-Monday desk manager. She was delightful and very knowledgeable about the area. Customer service was her top priority.»
