«Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!!»

«We understood when booking that this unit that construction was extensive, and the room did not have an ocean view. That expectation was clear in the listing and email. However, the photos were misleading. The room featured large, expansive curtains that reasonably suggested there would at least be some type of exterior view. «The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. «The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer.»
