«Exceeded expectations. We have used VRBO for 20 years, and this listing was one of my all time favourites. Our host Sandi was excellent with responses and requests. The king bed was very comfortable, air conditioning quiet, great pool & hot tub. Very clean and well stocked with beach accessories, kitchen & bathroom supplies (many towels) . «We had a fantastic stay! We rented one bedroom of the unit. It was clean, well decorated, and had what we needed for two of us for a week. The bed was comfortable, shower was spacious, and lanai was very enjoyable to relax on. Hanalei Bay Resort is impossible to beat with world class views and the very relaxing waterfall-surrounded lagoon pool. The hosts were fantastic - we had one issue with the coffee maker, but they immediately ordered us a new one and compensated us completely for the money ...

«Condo is in a great location, quiet, and private. Great little lanai and view for morning coffee and breakfast. It got a little warm in the loft even though we had the A/C running. There was a fan there but it didn't seem to work. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but was missing a couple basic things like measuring spoons (We only needed for measuring coffee, but would have been handy to have.) It sits at the top of the cliffs with a beautiful view of the ocean from all rooms and is decorated with meaningful pictures, lamps and wall hangings that tell the story of Kaui and it's culture. The rooster crows in the morning to let you know the day has come, get out and see the beauty around you. The beds are comfortable, in 2 well appointed rooms, with a pullout couch in the living room.
