«I like to leave honest reviews, So we stayed with our 2 kids for 1 night, The place itself was very clean! And the 2 bedrooms lovely and spacious, People might need to know this place is round the back and under the owners property, its quite tiny, but like i say very clean and tidy and owner lovely, They dont mind you using the pool either so kids enjoyed that, the sauna you see is $50 per hour to use. Overall good for 1 night stay»

«Brand new hotel & therefore had glitches but I suppose that was reflected in the price paid for a junior suite. There was building work going on while we stayed there, which set the fire alarm off & meant a walk down the stairs from 13th floor onto the back street, & since that entrance wasn’t open, meant a lot of guests had to walk thru the streets in their pyjamas. There isn’t enough wardrobe space for anything other than a few nights stay. The TV didn’t work properly & kept displaying sound ...

«We were overwhelmed at the hospitality and personal service provided by our hostess and host Mel and John. To sum it up in a nutshell, we will always prefer to stay at Braemar any time we should visit Auckland in the future. The place is singularly charming and comfortable. We were offered help and assistance way beyond our expectations. Braemar on Parliament street is highly recommended. »
