«This property was the perfect size for the two of us. It had all of the appliances and amenities that we could’ve asked for during our stay. The old house that this studio is in is a historic place. It was very nice to have our own parking place at the house to come back to after our daily sightseeing jaunts. It’s only 35 mins from the Logan airport and Boston and 5 mins to Salem.»

«Very clean well maintained house! When we arrived I was skeptical from the outside but this place is so nice inside. Very clean, all brand new appliances. We stayed 4 days and never got in the car to drive anywhere . Every attraction is within walking distance . The only thing I would say is it’s very tricky to understand how to get in but once you understand it fine .»

«We loved the cool concept decor and open, light filled feel of the place. It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly. It is a 5-10 minute walk to town, a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, and a 2 minute walk to a delightful local wine and cheese shop! The house was equipped with all we needed including a Nespresso machine and electric kettle. Having a parking space was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.»
