The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 guests with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed & a pullout sofa. At approx 750 sqft, it’s the perfect mix of space & comfort. We are ideally located just steps to the beach with ocean views from the deck. Quick walk to the strip and all of Hampton Beach's top attractions including bars, restaurants and the Casino Ballroom, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Enter the inviting open concept living area, boosting luxury vinyl plank flooring, where natural light pours in and ocean breezes flow through. The spacious living room seamlessly transitions into the kitchen, complete with SS appliances, a breakfast bar. Both generously sized bedrooms offer direct access to the private balcony. A full bathroom and in-unit laundry provide everyday convenience. Additionally the apartment comes with 1 free complimentary parking spot.

Please note: The designated parking space is tight, measuring approximately 212" long by 112" wide. It fits small trucks and standard-size SUVs comfortably, but larger trucks/SUVs may not fit and/or may be difficult to park given the layout of the driveway. The condo features two Smart TVs—a stunning 75" screen in the living room and a 55" TV in the master bedroom—perfect for streaming your favorite shows after a day at the beach. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Local news channels can be accessed through the “NewsOn” app.

Hampton is an ever-evolving vacation destination for many families, couples and friends throughout the U.S. and overseas. This unique area, centrally located to many of New England’s top destinations offers something for everyone – Beaches, dining, arcades, shopping, concerts, golf, shows and much more. Hampton Beach is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.

Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, we will always message our guests if the apartment is ready early on the day of check-in. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules.

We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
