«we stayed here 2yrs ago and it was bright and clean as it just recently opened. 2yrs later today it is already looks like it needs some major cleaning. the carpet is showing suitcase wheels lines. Housekeeping on our floor needs a lot to be desired. Debris seen the day before was still there the next day in the evening even though we clearly saw the housekeeping staff was there on the floor. they also did not clean our room on the every other day schedule posted the room card. «The ADA room I booked was easy to access. The overall condition was good, but the floors in my room were filthy. They must have missed mopping it. I wore my slippers around the room. I booked a 5 night stay. They serviced my room after 2 days (I had posted the do not disturb on those days). When I returned, the bed was made, trash out, and dirty towels removed.
