«This hotels staff and management are the absolute worst individuals! I will never recommend to anyone to book at that property! I booked a room from Thursday to Sunday, my flight was delayed and I arrived 10am Friday I paid $600 for it and they cancelled my entire reservation without any regards. Their website clearly states if you're going to be late call and let the staff know the day of, I called 14 times and they kept saying nope there's nothing we can do! «I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. My room was spotless, had a nice little sofa, long desk/work area, comfy bed, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge. I had very pleasant interactions with all of the staff, and I would stay here again in a minute if I come to Sacramento for work again. Great location too- 12 minutes to the capitol building in downtown, and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. »
