«Unfortunately, when we arrived at the apartment the smell of natural gas was so strong that we didn’t not feel safe to stay here. The owner had no other rooms and only accommodated me with $50 to get dinner while the room aired out. I contacted the property manager several times as this was not sufficient to compensate for the extreme inconvenience and unsafe conditions, but they never returned any of my messages after this point. «The location was great for me, the place itself was fine. I found the couch to be fairly dirty, and the manual lock on the doorknob wasn't working. It was a smart door lock, which would have been fine, except I wasn't sure if it was locked or not. I reached out to customer service to see how I can verify, and had a fairly hard time getting information. Unfortunately, I kept getting info that wasn't applicable to my unit. «The problems began with several computer warnings that our reservation would be cancelled for failure to complete checkin which had already been done.
