«Some kind of mold on all the cabinet doors that we wiped off. Noise and music from the bar that is right next to the hotel kept us awake well past 1 am. Curtains did not block out the street lights so made for a horrible night's sleep with the light coming in. The unit we were in was a bit run down and the mold on the cabinets was probably the source of the weird smell. Breakfast was small with limited options but okay. Staff was nice. Wouldn't stay here again based on our experience.»

«I regularly frequent this property I always look forward to coming down to the island and as it stands now and has been this way for years this is the only place I want to stay at Puente Vista has the perfect location and the views are priceless it is peaceful clean and quiet I enjoy seeing all the bird life and fishing off one of the many docks scattered throughout the property including behind your personal condo. These are very well maintained condos and the beach is just down the street a ...

«I should not have been charged the amount I paid, the property was in shambles, bad odor throughout, even the employees had such shocking BO, the smell continued to permeate the elevators when they got off. I'm not sure you should even open to the public, there was damage and broken tile, walls, all facilities were filthy and in shambles, not sure how to describe the condition of this property other than in shambles.»

«We enjoyed our time here it was quiet, comfortable, friendly and attentive staff and it has a nice beach view. We did find a pair of socks in the restroom, but other than that it was a good place to sleep.»

«I made a reservation for my husbands fishing trip. He , and my two sons supposed to stay in a double room with a sofa bed. They got to the room and it wasnt what i reserved. It was only two beds and NO SOFA BED! They got a air matress that wasnt good. Never again! It was horrible!!!»

«What a great hotel. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was large, quiet, expertly cleaned and nicely decorated. Microwave and small frig with a high table and couch make this a super room for a few day stay. Morning breakfast included. Ample free parking»
