«I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had ...

«Toilet water ran the 6 days we were there, even after reporting to the front desk. Lukewarm water at best, no matter the time of day. Phone in room didn't work to contact the front desk. I reported the phone and was told some work some don't. Then the diect line phone number should be posted. Not the wyndham 800. Number. Parking is a NIGHTMARE, the tiki bar next door quickly fills the hotel lot. Oh, when you check in they give you a pass for your car and signs are posted all over the place. ...

«The property was under renovation. It smelled moldy, it humid. The carpet was ripped up. They did not have the handicap rooms we reserved. The pool was not open. The kitchen area where they would serve breakfast was dusty. The whole thing was awful! We ended up canceling out rooms and finding another place to stay. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful.»

«The room was clean and check in was easy. Staff was polite. The disappointing thing was that it was not beach accessible. The hotel name is beachfront and we can see the water, but you have to drive to the beach.»

«The counter, nightstand & sinks had several sugar ants. We found some on our cloths as well . Kinds sleep with one eye open worried about the ants.»

«This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked.»

«The room was very dirty the pull out bed was full of dirt and black stuff on the bed dirty floors and roaches coming out the too. Poorly cleaned»

«Absolutely terrible do not recommend, got the key from the front desk, and checked out the room and returned the key shortly after ! No Ac the toilet was filthy highly do not recommend»
