«I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had ...

«Room was in bad shape. Definitely not worth 800 dollars for 2 rooms for 2 nights... Blackout curtain was not functional and when I requested they replace the non-functioning window they said they would and never did. The charger on the night stand had been removed and replaced with a piece of wood. The " breakfast" was very disappointing.. not much selection for what I paid. Broken tiles in the bathroom and shower that ran barely at a trickle.. no pressure..»

«Carpet is sticky, mold on bath curtain, smell not good in the room. Breakfast can’t describe at all. Hall way carpet is really really dirty. Ice machine not work, internet really slow. Hope they will change this soon.»

«The room was clean and check in was easy. Staff was polite. The disappointing thing was that it was not beach accessible. The hotel name is beachfront and we can see the water, but you have to drive to the beach.»

«The counter, nightstand & sinks had several sugar ants. We found some on our cloths as well . Kinds sleep with one eye open worried about the ants.»

«This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked.»

«The room was very dirty the pull out bed was full of dirt and black stuff on the bed dirty floors and roaches coming out the too. Poorly cleaned»

«Absolutely terrible do not recommend, got the key from the front desk, and checked out the room and returned the key shortly after ! No Ac the toilet was filthy highly do not recommend»
