«Location was good. Room was good (roomy with kitchette). Breakfast downstairs at best was average (out of items, no coffee, etc). Some staff were very helpful but others were incovienced (morning weekend front desk).»

«The place was filthy and under construction. The room had trash in it and the beds were very damp. Someone pee in the shower before we got there and it was never cleaned and stunk. The tv remote was not programmed with our tv so we couldn’t watch it. All around horrible experience.»

«The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. «This is my second time staying here, the place is clean for the most part, simple breakfast but they do have an excellent barista coffee machine at the lobby, the place could definitely use an upgrade with the carpet and bed frames because they seemed old and since they’re fabric material can catch a lot of dust, I felt it this last time I was there making it hard to sleep due to my allergies. I attempted calling before I booked to confirm that they were actually working but no one ever answered. «Overall the room was great! The bigger fridge and kitchenette was an added bonus. Breakfast was overall good. Only thing was that there was blood drops inside the shower curtain and the curtain by the window. Also we stayed in an accessible room and it the bathtub is dangerously slippery, so keep that in mind when booking.»

Despite calling their phone number, we were directed to voicemail. What's more, they charged us despite their inadequate service and refused to provide a refund due to their policy.
