The Space:
Welcome to Beach Cove 704. This recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking, direct ocean views from a private balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary suite. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in.

Step inside to discover a beautifully decorated space designed for comfort. The primary suite features a plush king-sized bed and its own private entrance to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom features two full-sized beds, accommodating up to six guests. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Prepare your favorite meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Stay connected throughout your vacation with complimentary high-speed WiFi.

Guest Access:
Your stay includes access to a fantastic collection of resort amenities, ensuring fun for the whole family. Enjoy direct beach access just steps from your door.

Perfectly located in the Barefoot Landing area of North Myrtle Beach, our condo places you at the heart of the action. You'll be just moments away from premier shopping, dining, and entertainment that make this a top vacation destination.

Getting Around:
Use ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft, and Turo whenever possible.

Other Things to Note:
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).

Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Scupper Project at Tower B - This process involves the use of equipment that causes loud noise and vibrations in the buildings.
