A captivating coastal retreat nestled in the Barefoot Resort of North Myrtle Beach, SC. This unit is a second floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in the gated River Crossing neighborhood of Barefoot Resort. This comfortable unit is perfect for families, golfers, or friends alike. The condo has been freshly painted and has new flooring all throughout. It has a fully stocked kitchen with all of the appliances needed to prepare your meals. The living room has plenty of seating with access to the balcony, which has great views of the pond and golf course. The primary suite has a king swing bed (can be split into 2 twin XLs) with a large closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin XL beds, and there is another full bathroom just adjacent in the hallway. 2 of the 4 beds are brand new (replaced August 2023), and the other 2 have a comfortable 2 inch memory foam mattress topper. The living room also has a queen sleeper-sofa with an available memory foam topper.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit for any laundry needs. The WiFi is fast and free, and there are smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a community pool with WiFi in this gated section of the resort, along with charcoal grills and a picnic area available for use. There is also a key card which provides you access to the North Tower pool and spa, which is just a few minute away within the Resort.

There are 4 Championship golf courses at Barefoot, or you can venture to one of the many other courses in the area. The golf clubhouse is open to the public with excellent dining facilities and sweeping views of the golf courses. Check out Barefoot Landing, and enjoy a show at the House of Blues or Alabama Theater.

The beach is approximately 2 miles from the property, and the resort provides a free shuttle to and from the beach throughout the day in the Summer season (schedule provided). Guests can also drive to the beach and park in the public lot, which has bathrooms and showers (location provided). There is so much to do in the area - you'll want to return year after year to experience it all!
