One block to the beach. Charming Condo in North Myrtle Beach

Located in the Ocean Drive area of North Myrtle Beach- one block off of the ocean and two blocks to Main Street for shopping, dining and shagging. The newly remodeled condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with comfortable sleeping for 6. Leave your car parked and walk to the beach, Main Street or rent a golf cart to explore!
The space
There is a large screened in porch for rainy days or relaxing without insects and a back balcony with gorgeous views of the pond with water features. All linens, towels and beach towels are included in your stay. There is a community pool with outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. The pool is only for owners/ guests of this small complex with loungers on the deck. Park your car in the covered parking with no need to drive anywhere because you're close to all that NMB has to offer.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, smart TV and shares a balcony with second bedroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, if notified prior to arrival, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, smart TV and shared balcony.

Living Area
The living area is equipped with a brand new queen sleeper sofa for additional guests up to 6, smart TV and comfortable seating for everyone in your party.

Dining Area
The dining area has a large round table with seating for 6. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen
In the full kitchen you'll have a stainless steel stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee bar! The unit is very well appointed with all kitchen supplies, dishes, glasses, some spices.

Laundry
The unit does have a washer and dryer for use during your stay if you'd like to head home with clean clothing. We ask that you please do not put sandy items into the washer/dryer. Two laundry pods included with stay.

***Please note- Condo is on the third floor accessible only by stairs***

Pool
6 Beach Towels are provided with your stay. There will be a $25 fee assessed for lost or missing beach towels.

Additional Items
We do provide a few beach items including beach chairs, umbrella to use at your own discretion and liability. There will be additional fees incurred for missing and/or damaged items.

Parking
There is free parking under the condo to use at your discretion. Please be mindful of the owners and other guests of the property and park two cars in a row if available.

All guests must be 25 or older to book and stay!! A responsible adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!

Outdoor activities are numerous along the Grand Strand. In addition to the beautiful beach, guests can enjoy surfing, swimming, sailing, kayaking, water-sports, sport fishing and some of the best golfing to be found anywhere in the world. Let us know what you’d like to do and we’ll set you up with recommendations and/or reservations! With championship golf courses within just a few miles of the condo, a variety of play is never a problem. The temperate climate means that these courses are open year-round and offer challenging opportunities to golfers of all skill levels, beginner and pro alike.
