Our resort/HOA does not allow any pets,
or smoking of any kind in room or balcony.

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Guests are not able to use the onsite town center restaurant , arcade, or exercise room. There is a breakfast buffet that you are able to purchase onsite or go down to purchase a cup of coffee. Hours and days open are depending on season

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code day before your arrival.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also starter trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Please bring beach towels.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
There is 1 child beach chairs and 2 adult beach chairs in the room.
There is a cooler in the room.
Please clean and return these items so the next guest can use them


Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 3rd Monday every month . Technician entry is required per HOA rules/regulations.

Please be aware we have stairs inside the condo that leads to the kitchen

- No Smoking or Vaping in unit or on the balcony. If there is smell or residue of smoke, there will be a charge of $300.
- No Parties
- No Pets (Per HOA rules)
- Must be 21 or older to rent
- Quiet hours 11pm - 7am
- Do not leave Balcony door open while AC is on
- Please bring your own beach / pool towels since they are not provided
- leave pool bands in condo when checking out.
-Any and all damages must be reported within the first hour of arrival time. Otherwise, it is considered the current tenant did the damage. 
-Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property and that Guest does not intend to make the property a residence or household.
-The condo is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Effective 01/01/2026, guests are prohibited from parking motorcycles on the property, and they will be towed
