Beautiful Condo, Great Location, but if you are going for a vacation with children. STAY AWAY!!! KARENS everywhere.
We stayed for a well need trip. my husband and 3 children. One of my children is disabled so we checked to make sure things like the pool was close, 1st floor and golf carts. Now we stayed at Ocean Keyes the prior year no problems, I looked online to make sure there was no mention of no Golf Carts allowed. So,1st after a 7 hrs. drive, we pull in the parking lot and my 13 year old got out to stretch and saw a lizard he went to grab it and immediately a 70+ year women came out freaking out she is a neighbor. yelling at him for disrupting the bushes. this was the 1st 5 mins. then the whole time we are unloading she is at her door watching us. she must have come out 6 times saying stuff to us about just nonsense. Then the golf cart got delivered, OMG this lady came running out "I'm calling my friend she is the president of the HOA and you’re not allowed to have that" I tried to explain my situation, you know I have a disabled son and the ad did not say no golf carts and we stayed here last year with no problem. well, she called her little group of Karen's We came out to find the hoa lady going through our stuff, my older son just happened to walk out and she started yelling at him, yelling at 16 year kid. Me and my husband go out and they all are yelling taking pictures and the original bush lady's husband actual got up in my husband’s face like he wanted to hit him. Thank God we were the actual grownups here. But they all were telling me if you don't get this off our property we will tow it, now my son couldn't walk so we needed it. Thank God I had a friend how lived across the street and we parked it there but they just didn't stop. they harassed myself my family the whole trip the pool that we had right in the back yard, the first night we used it. the Karen's came out and stared at us the entire time, they didn't say a word just started. When they had their whole group yelling and screaming at us they threatened "you don't want to mess with us, we know the HOA president, we will get you, you will see” 2 weeks after we got home the HOA fined the condo owner with then fined us and took $500 out of my account because the other condo owners felt threatened. So, we were sh*t out of luck because the lady who does the fining was the one who was starting all this crap. Don't stay here if you want to have a relaxing vacation
