Hot Tub Care (PLEASE READ):
Our brand new hot tub is professionally maintained after each guest to keep your experience pristine and cleaning fees reasonable. To help us:

Shower before use (oils, lotions, sunscreen damage filters)
No glass containers near hot tub
Cover when not in use
Follow posted safety rules
Report any issues immediately

Guest Responsibility: Damage due to misuse (requiring draining, filter replacement, or heavy maintenance beyond normal cleaning) will be charged to guest. Help us keep this amenity beautiful!

Motorcycles:
Motorcycles welcome with strict quiet hour compliance:
Engines OFF between 10 PM - 8 AM (local noise ordinance)
Park under house or in driveway only
No revving or excessive noise in residential area
Violation = immediate eviction without refund
