The living room has a brand new 55 inch wall mounted SMART tv so you can log into all of your favorite streaming services or use the Spectrum tv app for your regular cable needs. New furniture in 2021.

The updated kitchen includes everything you need to create a home cooked meal or reheat takeout. A large crock pot and an instant pot are supplied for your use. There is a drip coffee maker and a kcup coffee maker available. Enjoy the beautiful view from the kitchen sink as you do the dishes or sit at the bar stools and enjoy a glass of wine while dinner cooks!

The master bedroom features a private balcony with a lounge chair, perfect for enjoying that book you have been meaning to read or an afternoon siesta. Lamps in the master bedroom include USB ports so its easy to keep your devices charged. Updated 48 inch wall mounted tv. The master en-suite bath includes a double vanity with a soaker tub/shower combo.

The queen bedroom has a connecting door to the 2nd bathroom for a little extra privacy. It also includes a wall mounted tv and plenty of room to store your belongings.

The freshly painted “Vast Sky” blue bedroom features two twin beds with brand new headboards. A closet and chest of drawers will keep you organized. Another tv is available here to keep up with your favorite shows. Both bedrooms have been equipped with desktop charging stations so you can be sure your devices are charged to capture the amazing sunrise photos in the morning.

A brand new stackable washer and dryer were installed in 2020. They are located in the hall outside of the bedrooms so its easy to toss a load in on your way to the beach.

Continually upgrading the condo so don't be surprised to find some minor changes from the posted pictures.

Upon arrival each bed will be made with freshly laundered linens and the bathrooms will be stocked with enough towels for 6 guests.

Daily cleaning services are not provided. An essential starter pack will be supplied, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a packet of dishwashing detergent and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided.

There is an keyless electronic lock on the front door. Check in instructions will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

The indoor atrium style pool sits next to a sun deck with two propane BBQ grills available for your use.

Pinnacle provides a secure lobby entrance with twin elevators to support its 56 units. Pinnacle is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway in a quiet area but within minutes of restaurants and attractions.

Free WiFi, no pets, no smoking, and no trailers. Electric vehicle charging is not available. Free parking with overflow parking available across the street.
