Nothing beats the convenience of washing your clothes at home, right? This beachfront condo provides guests with an on-site washer/dryer combo so they don't have to worry about finding a nearby laundromat. Work on your routine at the shared fitness center and then relax your sore muscles at the shared hot tub.

What's nearby:
Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

Things to know:

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Fun and Sun 18 floors up!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious and pretty well equipped. Free dvd rentals were nice for late night wind down. Great having bathroom in all three bedrooms too! Could use a pizza pan and oven mit or pot holder. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful View

The view was beautiful and the condo was spacious enough for the eight of us. However, we needed to run to Walmart for more toilet paper, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, etc. One of the bathrooms was missing a shower curtain. We called the front desk who promised to pass this along to housekeeping. Luckily the housekeeper next door came right over with a shower curtain when we were able to catch her attention. View is gorgeous and I suspect the owner expects the condo to be better equipped with essentials than it was.

Great space for large group

The property was exactly as listed in the photos, it was easy to reach property manager with any questions. The front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The only con was the cleanliness of things in the condo, the sofas were dirty and stained in both the living room and balcony, the shower curtain rings were old and rusted, the sliding door handle had gunk on it. Just some cosmetic changes to the place would have made the stay a bit more pleasant. I would recommend this place to people with large groups and would stay again!

Great Property. Unclean Room.

The Baywatch Property was fantastic overall. It had great amenities and the staff were EXCELLENT and helpful. My only complaint is the listing. The room is decorated great but the couches and in the living room were very dirty and there was a persistent odor in the room. If the sofas and chairs were updated/replaced, and the carpet was also cleaned or updated, the room would have been perfect! The room had also not been thoroughly cleaned when we checked in. Some of the tables had stains and fingerprints on them.

Very disappointed in the condition of the room

Would not recommend this property. Broken items. Coffee pot didn’t stay on, kitchen cabinet broken, master bathroom toilet paper holder broken. Carpet, couch and dining chair visibly dirty. So embarrassed. That I rented this property for my daughter’s 40 th birthday.

Visit from hell

Check in process was ok accept we were not given towels for the pool/beach, which is advertised as available. Room was filthy and master bed was broken. You couldn’t even walk on the floor without your feet getting black. The smell of the room was disgusting. We notified the front desk of several issues, but they were just dismissive. The bed was fixed, but that was it. Management was never notified, even though we asked. A storm came through and water entered the condo, not through the door, but through the window. When the front desk was notified they said, “Yes, this is a known issue and here are some towels.” I explained that the problem was much bigger and management needs to be involved. Finally a shift leader spoke with us and came to view the room. She was appalled by this room and how we have been treated. She called her manager right away and that manger refused to meet with us, but would talk on the phone. Stating she was evening inconvenienced. We were moved to a new room in the morning, which was a little better, but still not great. The following morning we were met by someone banging on the door and stating that check out is at 10am. Who also later began yelling at us to get going. Unacceptable! This building is poorly managed and has very poor communication. We will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I will be contacting my attorney and looking for a full refund.
