«We were overwhelmed at the hospitality and personal service provided by our hostess and host Mel and John. To sum it up in a nutshell, we will always prefer to stay at Braemar any time we should visit Auckland in the future. The place is singularly charming and comfortable. We were offered help and assistance way beyond our expectations. Braemar on Parliament street is highly recommended.

«Lovely location with seaside within 1 min and a stream just next to our apartment. Loved the birds and sunset viewing. Minimal road noise in unit 5.
Clean room. Comfortable beds. Newly renovated bathroom and toilet.
Full kitchen appliances and shared BBQ facilities. It just lacks some cooking utensils: baking dish to use in the oven, big salad bowl and a cover for the frying pan.
Owner was very accommodating - She let us check in without pre-payment as we arrived late.
