Nestled in the heart of North Fort Myers, this charming vacation rental is your gateway to a tropical paradise. This spacious 3--bedroom, 2-bathroom home is your home away from home, where you can relax and unwind while enjoying a wide array of amenities.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and bright living space. The well-equipped kitchen features all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, and the dining area is perfect for family gatherings. The comfortable living room is ideal for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. All the bedrooms offer cozy accommodations, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. The screened lanai is a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The backyard is lush and private, perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, or simply taking in the tropical atmosphere. The pool is heated.

You'll be just a short drive away from the beautiful Fort Myers beaches, where you can soak up the sun and swim in the warm Gulf waters. Enjoy the local restaurants and nightlife, or venture out to the nearby islands for a taste of true Florida adventure. We have 2 dock spots available, a 28ft space and an 18 foot space. We are located in a great boating area directly off of the Caloosahatchee River.

Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The Primary bedroom has an ensuite full bath and a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with a full bed on top and a pull out twin underneath.

This property had everything you could think you may have needed. If we had to return to the area would definitely rebook. Neighborhood IS QUIET. Neighbors are super friendly!! Pool was great. Caught several catfish and snappers!! Love this property!! Host communicated when needed. Thank you for a great place and time!!

Second time staying here and it was fantastic!! We always enjoy coming down! Between the screened in pool area, the back patio, and dock to fish off.. we literally do not have to go anywhere to enjoy an amazing and relaxing vacation here!! Location is great, house is always clean and equipped with anything we need! Kate is great to work with and is always available if you have any questions!

Spring Break

We had a blast staying in the home. We could not keep the kids out of the amazing pool and they loved the lights at night and to be able to watch cartoons and swim at the same time. Anytime we were at the home they were either fishing or swimming its a perfect spot for both. The home was exactly as it was described in the listing and very clean and comfortable. If I could I would rate the home and the host way more than 5 stars. They were very responsive to messages and even sent reminders about the trash cans which was a big help. I would definitely recommend this home and host to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Wonderful place to stay

Clean and beautifully updated home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking just about anything. Sitting outside looking at the canal was very peaceful. The nicest property on the canal by far.

No Hot Tub!

This place is immaculately clean, with a heated pool. However the listing lists a hot tub in a couple spots, but it is not a hot tub, it is a “spa tub”. Meaning it is part of the pool and the same temp as the pool. This felt misleading and was very disappointing.

Winter Getaway

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks right after Christmas and everything was wonderful. The only minor issue we had was dealt with immediately by the property manager and communication was responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and really had everything you could need - plenty of bath and pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, bicycles, etc. We loved being a 10 min drive from downtown Ft. Myers! Would love to stay here again.

Amazing place!

Very clean and well kept. So much to do just a short drive away but plenty to do at the house if just looking to relax, or if it rains. Comfortable large living room, pool was used daily, bikes, lots of TVs and plenty of places to gather or sit down to read with different views of the canal. My husband loved how quiet the street was. We had the best week! Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving ‘24

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house. We had an issue figuring out the hot water in a few sinks and master shower as it was opposite of what we are accustomed to and with the delay we just weren’t waiting long enough on the proper setting. The manager responded immediately and the owner sent a plumber over within a couple hours and the problem was solved. Pool was great and we loved the spacious kitchen for cooking a thanksgiving meal with our family. We also took advantage of the bikes and kayaks on the property!

Modern, Clean, Perfect

The home was perfect! It was incredibly clean. Everything was updated and very modern. The master bed was very comfortable. I loved how everything was written out for us right down to which light switches went to what. You have some great outdoor space, which you don't always get in Florida rental homes. We loved the outdoor TV. We watched the Tyson/James Paul fight from the pool. The hosts were very responsive. We had to change our dates due to hurricane Helene and they were very accommodating. Overall great experience. We'd definitely go back!

Will be staying again.

Really enjoyed our time at this rental. Been going to Fort Myers for years and haven't found a place to go back to, but I think we have now. Loved the pool, the house and the amenities, especially the ice machine. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was quick and easy to get to the house and to the stores and to the restaurants.

Great place

The family and i had a great time. This place is beautiful it was super clean and comfortable. We had a great relaxing time. Amazing home with great water views. Pool was great as well. Host was very responsive and always available for any questions. I will recommend this place and host to anybody. I been staying in alot of vacation rental homes and so far this is the best one. Very nice and quiet place . 👍👍

Great Property and Location

My partner and I had a great time staying at this property. The house was beautifully furnished and is a quick half hour drive from the airport and the nearest beaches. We mostly stayed outside on the lanai. The property manager was very responsive to texts. We texted to ask about the spa jets not working. We tried to trouble shoot, but unfortunately we couldn’t get them to work for us. The only other downside was there really wasn’t a kayak launch. It was a bit of a hassle for us to wrangle the kayaks down and out of the water from the dock- the tide/water might have been lower than usual. Overall it’s a beautiful property and was definitely worth the stay.

Beautiful and clean home

Week long vacation- beautiful clean home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Kids enjoyed fishing at the canal and swimming in the pool. Pool water was warm due to summer heat. Didn’t find a life jacket at the property but wish there was one for my son when he went kayaking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
