«The house is a short walk to the beach. The great room/kitchen is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool is spacious with sun or shade at all times of the day. It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Erin’s communication made check-in and check-out easy (she sent a message that the cleaners were done early and invited us to check-in early). We love Fort Myers beach and loved this home.»

«We traveled from out of state to visit grandparents in FL. This place provided a great space for my kids and I to overnight at after family day trip outings. The host was very responsive and the home was clean, although an older building. Neighborhood was quiet at night, with the backyard being next to a golf course. The open golf green allowed for some nice sunrise viewing. Screened in porch was a nice hang out spot. Plenty of extra bedding, towels, beach towels, and a pack-n-play in the ...

«Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. »

«Enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but exactly what we wanted. We even extended our stay one night. The pool and back porch was great. The kids enjoyed the kayaks. It was a bit too chilly for my Florida family to swim in the pool. If we need a house in Cape Coral again, we would love to stay here again.»

Its a great location,quiet neigjborhood and great for walks on the all sidewalks throughout. Has anything you could possibly need if you forgot something and the kitchen is easy to cook in with pots and pans etc. Very cozy and very comfortable!»
