«Upgrade to room 10 was excellent but restaurant staff were grumpy and not lgbt friendly. The person who checked me in who has an office in the stairwell was the opposite and as a regular customer and guest was approachable, lgbt friendly and use tge correct pronouns to address myself. Room was massive, comfortable and in the 17 th century part of the former Manor House with a courtyard view »
