«Walked into a check in desk with no one available and rang bell multiple times and a representative finally came from the back. They didn’t seem too eager to help us and welcome us here for our stay. As we walked to check in the floor was very sticky and made noise as we walked. «This hotel’s rating is far higher than it should be. My stay was far below expectations. The A/C unit in my room squealed loudly all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. In the morning, someone came to take a look at it, and I was eventually moved to another room. The technician told me that this is a problem they experience in almost every room and that the A/C units are "really old". That was pretty disappointing to hear. «The entry to the hotel where you check in looked nice and clean. Once you got back where the rooms were was a different story. The rooms you could tell were somewhat updated. Need to work on a more thorough cleaning. There were spots that should’ve been easily seen on our bed top cover. Beds were comfy. The other downside was. The rooms were non-smoking, but people were standing right outside their room smoking. So of course it made our room stink.»
