«Lovely Manager who helped us to check in slightly earlier than normal which was very much appreciated. The villa had every kitchen item we needed for self-cooking while staying. There is also a washing machine in the Villa and a place to hang laundry in the little private courtyard. Great location in Kingscote opposite the jetty.»

However, the exterior was poorly maintained, with building materials, empty bottles and cans, overgrown grass and weeds, cobwebs, and a clothesline in disrepair. The listing itself was accurate, but the property fell short of the quality we expected for the price. «This tiny house is perfect for a couple staying in American River. Yes, it’s a modified caravan, but it felt roomy, well lit and is tastefully decorated & fitted out. We really enjoyed our stay!»
