The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it.»

«Just like thay stated. A dual family under renovation. If you want shiny granite and huge bathrooms you won't be happy. Larger than expected. Highly recommend this place if coming to visit family at Norfork Naval Base. Close to the base, beautiful beach. Kitchen is workable. Wish they had a few more drinking glasses and a can opener but stores were very close by and we were able to pick some up.»

«We left the property an hour after arrival due to the tremendous smoking smell in the property, the dirty and stained couches (one smells of urine), and busted window screens which kept us from being able to open windows and air out the duplex. For minimal investment in screens and going to a thrift store for clean sofas, this property could be fine, smoking smell aside. «Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last.»

«It was obvious the house was in need of professional work, DIY was very obvious. This four bedroom house that sleeps 11 only had three forks. The kitchen was very sparse, but large. It was a good the store was close that we were able to stock up on plastic and paper products. Unfortunately, this was our Thanksgiving meal with the family. There was only one small window A/C unit in the bedroom. It was not enough to keep the unit comfortable. I was very impressed by the customer service of our hosts and the speed at which they responded to any of our questions. They were very kind and respectful as well.
