«This hotel was extremely busy, parking was limited and there was only one set of elevators for the entire hotel which was very inconvenient! The hall way was super loud and the air conditioning couldn’t be changed to what the hotel set it too, at least in our room! »

«I liked that it was clean and staff was friendly. The rooms are nice but walls are thin and you can hear noise from outside. The area is not walkable. Lots of traffic all around but I understand that Overland Park intends to make more green space and walking paths which will help tremendously. »

«The property was nice. Staff was friendly. There was wallpaper pealing in the corner of the room that needed to be fixed. Bathroom tub needed a rubber bath mat for safety. Not available in house keeping. Overall happy with our stay.»

«We stayed for three nights to watch The Eclipse and as little mini vacation. Nothing but nice things to say about The Elms. The rooms were quiet and comfy, with the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on. Top notch staff, good food options, great pools and spa. The wifi was smooth and fast. If your kid/s are at the grandparents for the week/end, beeline to The Elms. Or you can bring the kids. We brought our four year old and she can't stop talking about it. The only negatives I can ...

«The pool was visibly dirty and also cloudy. The indoor pool room smelled bad. Our room seemed pretty clean other than some stray hair in the shower, until we realized there was a very large spill(?) soaked into the carpet between the bed and bathroom. The staff was apologetic about it and it wasn’t noticeable with shoes on so I can see how they may have missed it, but still gross. »
