«Super nice little farm house. Our only issue was that we have a 3 year old outdoor loving little boy and didn't realize the house was so close to the four lane US Hwy 27 with only about 40 or 50 feet between the front door and 65 MPH traffic. We should have researched it better so it was our mistake. The little outdoor area was nice and the traffic noise was tolerable but if it had been enclosed with a fence and gate - the peace of mind factor would have been greatly increased.»

«Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.»

«This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. »

«The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side ...
