«Our stay was fantastic!!! The owner, Tufan was an excellent host. He provide all the info and necessary items for our stay to be amazing. The description and photos were 100% accurate. Location is perfect! The private beach area guarantees a place to either rent a chair/umbrella (we did and highly recommend it) or bring your own beach chairs. We will revisiting Destin again in August and will choose this condo again. Thanks Tufan for making our vacation stress free and memorable.»

«The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. »

«Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. Overall, the room just didn’t have that beach vacation getaway vibe. But I think with a little makeover, it would’ve been perfect! Also, the walls are quite thin. Our neighbors ...

«Host was very accommodating-good with response time.We were disappointed that the pool that was supposed to be heated was not and was told that it wouldn’t be until November when it was very clear that the weather wasn’t going to get better before then. Therefore we were able to enjoy the pool only the day before we left for our home. The location of the condo is excellent but could use some updating and need to replace a few basic things. Overall a decent stay but not great!»
