«We always love staying at the Steamboat Grand but this time was a little different. First they were going to let me know as soon as our room was ready as we were checking out of a house we had rented for our large family vacation just up the hill from the Grand. «The rooms were clean and stylish and the linens were quite nice! The shuttle was as advertised, and the staff were kind and responsive. We appreciated the pool and hot tub, but the pool was on the cold side (in June). It is also good to note that when booking through Expedia, the resort fee is not included. It was a bit of a surprise with the bill, but I don’t know that that was the property’s fault.»
