«Centralized ac did not work. The sleeping room was far into the suite, where warmth built up. There was a AC unit connected to the window, but it didn't help. Was unbearable to sleep.»

«We needed one night lodging en route to RMNP and this location was very convenient. Hotel size room sufficient for two adults. King size bed was very comfortable and toiletries teas coffee were available.
A patio door allows direct access to outdoor setting area overlooking small water feature with fountain. Check in main lobby at center of the large complex on north side of building …we drove all the way around the parking lot before locating front desk to check in. »

«My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond for us! Front desk staff Elizabeth spoke with me weeks before our trip about my reservations and went above to help us have a great room with a nice view. The concierge, Miya, also exceeded our expectations of decorating the room for our visit. The entire staff as a whole were very friendly, kind, and welcoming! The resort is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely recommend and revisit. »

«We chose the St. Regis for our first-ever trip to Aspen, hoping for a truly luxurious experience—and it absolutely delivered. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm, elegant atmosphere, and its location couldn’t be better. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away: shops, great restaurants, and the ski area (even though, thankfully for us, there wasn’t any snow since we don’t ski!).
